Multi piece construction, in 18K Gold with white enamelled arms and Savoy knots in each quadrant, the obverse medallion featuring a Lombardy crown on a blue enamelled field, the reverse medallion with a black enamelled eagle, measures 35. 86mm (w) x 39. 5mm (h inclusive of ball suspension), weighs 12. 78 grams (including ribbon), enamels intact, worn on an Austrian style ribbon, in extremely fine
