Philip Shaw No. 17 Merlot Cabernet Franc Cabernet 2023 antonio-galloni-vinous that is all that isMerlot is well suited to the cool climate conditions of the Orange region producing consistent crops of high quality fruit from the Koomooloo vineyard. Philip Shaw The Conductor Merlot wears a medium colour with bright red hue and smells of rich clear berry fruits. Aromatics are complex and layered with strong varietal character with just a hint of vanilla from aged barrels. This 100% merlot is mouth filling and bright supported by fine tannins.
