This wine is produced using fruit from several blocks of our own Langhorne Creek vineyards

It was ranked as a Premier Cru in Sauternes during the 1855 Classification

The fruit was treated in the same minimalistic fashion as the Classique

like agnolotti with meat sauce or polenta and boar meat

the blend is kept in old barriques that are topped up each with white wine parcels that would otherwise have gone into the Lola
